Overview
Shared With Me displays contacts that other users have shared with you. This feature facilitates team collaboration and contact management across the organization.
How to Access
- Navigate to Contacts in the admin sidebar
- Click on Shared With Me
Features
Shared Contacts List
- View contacts shared by others
- See who shared each contact
- Filter by shared by user
- Sort by name or date shared
Collaboration Features
- View shared contact details
- Add shared contacts to your list
- Respond to sharing invitations
- Manage sharing preferences
Permissions
- Read-only access by default
- Edit permissions depend on owner settings
- Export restrictions may apply
