Contacts - Import/Export
Overview
The Import/Export feature allows you to transfer contacts between the system and external files. You can import contacts from CSV, vCard, and other formats, and export your contacts for backup or migration.
How to Access
- Navigate to Contacts in the admin sidebar
- Click on Import/Export

Import
- Supported Formats: CSV, vCard, Excel
- Field Mapping: Match file columns to contact fields
- Duplicate Handling: Skip, overwrite, or merge
- Validation: Check for invalid data before import
Export
- Export Formats: CSV, vCard, Excel, JSON
- Selection Options: Export all or selected contacts
- Field Selection: Choose which fields to include
- Compression: Zip multiple files option
