Contacts - Find Duplicates
Overview
The Find Duplicates feature scans your contact list to identify potential duplicate entries. This helps you maintain a clean and accurate contact database.
How to Access
- Navigate to Contacts in the admin sidebar
- Click on Find Duplicates
Features
Duplicate Detection
- Email Matching: Same email address
- Name Matching: Similar first/last names
- Phone Matching: Same phone number
- Company Matching: Same company name
Detection Settings
- Strictness Level: High (fewer matches), Medium, Low (more matches)
- Field Weighting: Customize which fields to prioritize
- Ignore Case: Case-insensitive matching
- Phonetic Matching: Soundex/metaphone matching
Merge Options
- Preview merged result
- Choose which fields to keep
- Undo merge capability
- Bulk merge operations
