Booking System - Create Resource
Overview
The Create Resource feature allows administrators to add new bookable resources to the system. Resources can include rooms, equipment, vehicles, or any item that can be scheduled for use.
How to Access
- Navigate to Booking System in the admin sidebar
- Click on Create Resource
Features
Resource Details
- Resource Name: Unique identifier for the resource
- Description: Detailed description of the resource
- Category: Classification for the resource
- Capacity: Number of users/participants allowed
- Location: Physical or virtual location
Availability Settings
- Operating hours
- Booking lead time requirements
- Maximum booking duration
- Buffer time between bookings
Resource Images
- Upload photos of the resource
- Set featured image
- Manage image gallery
